We had braved the throngs of people, and after it got dark we were rewarded. The harbor light show was something I’d been told by coworkers who’d gone to Hong Kong that you had to do. It’s very cool, and very free.
The light show is synced to music, with pulsing lights, and colored beams. From the Kowloon side you can see the row of lit up buildings on Hong Kong island. The show lasts around a half hour, as I recall.
I took many more pictures than this, but lacking a tripod, and being dark, an awful lot of them were pretty blurry. So there’s only a few that really look decent. Enjoy.
